Everything starts with awareness. Virunga needs you to spread the news of the crisis to everyone you know and ask each of them to do the same. By harnessing the power of networking, we can build a larger base of support for Virunga’s rangers. They are willing to protect the park’s critically endangered mountain gorillas at all costs, so let’s give them the backing they deserve and need.

How you can help the park

  • Start your own Virunga campaign on Facebook, Twitter, or another social media site
  • Create a blog on WordPress and use content from www.gorillacd.org if you like
  • Hold a local fundraiser. Contact info@gorilla.cd for ideas
